Please use the link below to submit a ticket for assistance from Coe’s IT Team.
- Once you click the link, you’ll be prompted by a popup window to enter your credentials - these are your network credentials (the credentials used for logging into a Coe computer or wifi).
- When you first log in, you will see “Information Technology Help Desk Request Form” along the top of the page and will have the option to “Submit a ticket” in the top right corner.
- Once you click “Submit a ticket” you will see a short form with several questions regarding your ticket. Please include as much detail as possible in the description section of your ticket.
On future visits to the site, the main page will show any currently active tickets you have with IT, along with the option to view previously closed tickets.
Please Note: Physical Plant requests should be submitted through SchoolDude.
